SHIPPING POLICY:

PLEASE NOTE: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please give us ample of time to pack and ship your order(s). 

Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days using Canada Post, and Stallion Express. www.glowbabecanada.com opackages are generally dispatched every Fridays (excluding federal and major holidays) - So, if you order Monday to Thursday, it will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after receipt payment - meaning, tracking numbers will be provided and it will be shipped every Fridays (processing time does not include weekends). All orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped on Fridays.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Overnight service and second day service are NOT available.

IN PERSON PICK UP AND DELIVERY

We are based in Mississauga, Ontario. If you reside in the neighbouring area , you are welcome to schedule a pick up or a local delivery with fee, we charge 0.70 cents per km. If you wish to pick up your order, PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY on our Facebook, email or instagram account to confirm before placing any order.

For Website pick-up orders: Please wait for our email instructions of the pick-up location and if your order is ready for pick-up. Please WAIT for our CONFIRMATION that your order is ready for pick up. Do not show up at the pick up location WITHOUT confirming the TIME and DATE of your order pick-up.
